- Review their fact base and their understanding of their product, competitors and customers
- Create an issues/opportunities/objectives matrix for their product
- Develop a strategic positioning statement for their product
- Analyze the payback from their management-approved strategic product plan
- Define a comprehensive implementation plan and documentation for managing it.
- Create a plan for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct cross functional dialogue on the strategic marketing elements of their product plans
3. Brief description of how workshop works: Our format incorporates classroom workshops and personal coaching using each marketer’s specific opportunities and challenges. We draw on two proprietary tools, The Marketer’s WorkflowTM the best practice market process and on The Customer Learning CurveTM, a powerful, practical tools for creating an upward spiral of learning and success.
