Mapped external measures to internal processes and measures – for 3 Clients
Problem:  Customer Satisfaction Data did not yield actionable strategies.

Resultrek Project:  We performed independent market research which we designed to be able to be linked to operations and to identify drivers of satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business.

Recommendations: We worked with management to map these drivers to internal processes and measures.  We facilitated fundamental change initiative.

Results:  Strategies improved measures of customer satisfaction and loyalty and increased revenues while reducing service costs.

Problem: When competition hit Sweden, the incumbent telecommunications company, Telia, experienced loss of customers and revenues.

Resultrek project:  We worked with Telia management to identify drivers of satisfaction and switching and to map these drivers to internal processes and measures.

Recommendations:  We conducted workshops for the top 150 Telia managers in which they transformed the market research results into operating strategies.

Results:  Telia stemmed the tide of switching and developed win-back strategies to reverse declines and resume revenue growth.

 

Defended customers and built revenue in Spain.
Problem: Competition in the business market became real in Spain for the telecommunications incumbent, Telefonica.

Resultrek project:  We worked with Telefonica management to defend customers and build revenue with three waves of market research and strategy development:  In-depth interviews, a survey to segment the market, and conjoin studies to optimize strategies in each segment.

Recommendations:  We developed excel models based on the market research results to enable Telefonica management to evaluate alternative strategies.

Results:  Management was enabled to develop, evaluate, and decide upon a series of marketing strategies that stemmed competitive incursions and built revenues.
